Anthina flammea
In litter under Beech (Fagus sylvatica), Pass of Killiecrankie, Perthshire, 1983

An agonomycete with neither a sexual stage nor a conidial stage, as far as is known. It forms bright orange, flame-like spikes of aggregated mycelium on dead beech (Fagus sylvatica) leaves.
